HOW TO USE Kids Night Vision BINOCULARS

MICRO SD CARD INSTALLATION 

Install Micro SD Card

• Open the back cover plate, and insert a micro SD card (up to 128 GB, class 10 or greater for best results with video files) into the Micro SD Slot (metal contacts facing down).  
• If you will only use Night Vision Binoculars for “live” viewing and do not wish to use it for photos/videos, the unit will function normally without a card.

WARNING: NEVER LOOK AT THE SUN THROUGH THIS NIGHT VISION UNIT (OR ANY OTHER OPTICAL INSTRUMENT). IT MAY PERMANENTLY DAMAG 

YOUR EYES AS WELL AS THE UNIT.

Main Menu:

Setting up your night vision device:

1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for three seconds to turn on the NV binoculars.
2. Press up or down button to choose photo mode or video mode on main menu and press OK to open LCD live screen.
3. Adjust the sharpness by turning the focus wheel in either direction until it becomes clear.
4. Zoom up to 8X by pressing and holding the UP/zoomin button until you reach your desired level. If you keep pressing the Down/Zoom Out button, you will zoom down to the default of 1X.
5. When using the binoculars at night, the lens should automatically adjust to the brightness level. Tap the ON/OFF button(4) to turn on the IR lamp,tap the UP button(5) or Down button(2) to adjust the IR brightness from levels 1-7.Tap the ON/OFF button(4) again to turn off the night vision mode.

Taking photos:

1. When you power on your binoculars, it will automatically open main menu. You should see the camera icon in the upper left corner of your LCD screen. Tap the “OK”Button to enter photo mode.
2. Adjust the sharpness by turning the focus wheel.For nighttime use, tap ON/OFF button to turn on the IR light,adjust the IR brightness by pressing the Up/Down button.Tap ON/OFF button again to turn off the IR.
3. Press the OK button to capture the image.The photo will be automatically saved in the album.

Taking video:

1. On the main menu,you can see the video icon in the upper right corner of your screen.Tap the “OK”Button to enter video mode.
2. Adjust the sharpness by turning the focus wheel, and for nighttime use, tap ON/OFF button to turn on the IR light,adjust the IR brightness by pressing the Up/Down button.Tap ON/OFF button again to turn off the IR.
3. Press the OK button to capture the video. Press the OK button again to stop the video recording.The video will be automatically saved in the album.

Using Playback mode:

1. On the main menu,you can see the album icon in the lower left corner of your screen.Tap the “OK”Button to enter playback mode.
2. The last file that has been saved will be displayed on the LCD screen. If it is a photo, the file suffix JPG will appear in the upper middle of the screen. For a video, the file suffix AVI will appear in the upper middle of the screen.
3. Use the UP and Down buttons to navigate through the saved files on your SD card.Press OK button to play the selected file.
4. Long Press the “三”button to enter the menu of Delete, Press OK to enter sub-menu, use the Up/Down button to choose “Delete Current”or “Delete All” and press the OK button to confirm.

Charging the battery

Connect to the camera to the AC adaptor, using the dedicated USB cable supplied.

The camera can be charged by connecting the camera to a computer using the dedicated USB cable.

Turn on or turn off the White LED light.

When you power on your binoculars,tap the  button to turn on the white light LED lamp,tap it again to turn off white light LED lamp.

Turn off the Device

Press and hold the Power button until the screen off.

Connect to a computer

Connect the camera to PC by using USB cable and turn on the camera, the PC can read the files in this camera.

Set-up Menu

On the main menu, choose setting mode  and Pressing “OK” button to enter setting page. Here you can set the photo resolution, video resolution, date, screen bright ,exposure, Language etc. Once in the setup menu, you can use the Up/Down buttons to choose setting project and setting value,press OK button to confirm choice and new setting. Press Menu button again to exit and enter main menu.
