Our Factory
Our factory has 2000 square metres of production space, in which 4 production lines operate efficiently. With a production capacity of up to 1,000 pieces per day, the factory has demonstrated its strong manufacturing capabilities.
We have high requirements on product quality, and all our products have successfully passed CE, ROHS, FCC and other authoritative certifications. In addition, our company has also passed the BSCI and ISO9001 certifications, which further demonstrates our excellent standard in management and quality control.
In terms of product inspection, we have strict and perfect procedures. From the incoming raw material inspection, including the detailed testing of the shell, motherboard, battery, screen, etc., to the semi-finished product inspection, battery aging test inspection, function test after glue application, and finally the finished product inspection, we are meticulous in every step to ensure that every product delivered to the hands of our customers is impeccable.
