Generally speaking, we are divided into three main inspection processes to ensure that all products are qualified: raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product inspection.
The following is a detailed description of the production inspection process:
Raw material inbound inspection
Raw material inspection is the basis of product quality, shell, motherboard, battery, screen and other components of the quality of the final product directly affects the performance and reliability.
1. Shell inspection:
- Appearance inspection: check whether the shell has scratches, deformation, uneven colour and other defects.
- Dimensional measurements: to ensure that the shell size in line with the design requirements, in order to perfectly match with other components. - Material testing: verify the strength of the shell material and other properties.
2. Main board inspection:
- Function test: Check whether each electronic component on the motherboard works normally, such as processor, memory, sensor, etc.
- Electrical performance test: measure the voltage, current, resistance and other parameters of the motherboard to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
- Welding quality check: check whether the welding points on the motherboard are firm, no false welding, leakage welding and other problems. 3. Battery inspection:
- Capacity test: Use professional equipment to measure the capacity of the battery to ensure that it can meet the use of the product requirements.
- Charge/discharge performance test: Charge/discharge cycle test on the battery to check its charge/discharge efficiency, cycle life and other performance.
- Safety inspection: Check whether the battery has overheating, explosion, liquid leakage and other potential safety hazards.
3. Screen inspection:
- Appearance inspection: check the screen for scratches, bright spots, dark spots and other defects.
- Resolution test: Use professional equipment to measure the resolution of the screen to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
- Colour reproduction test: check the colour reproduction of the screen to ensure that the displayed image colours are true and natural.
Semi-finished product inspection
After completing the partial assembly, the semi-finished products are inspcted to ensure that the installation and connection of each component is correct.
1. Refine the inspection items according to the characteristics of different semi-finished products, such as the coaxiality of the lens barrel, the accuracy of the focal length, and the smoothness of the focusing mechanism. Increase appearance inspection: Strictly inspect the appearance of semi-finished products to ensure that there are no scratches, deformation and other defects.
2. Screen check: - Display effect check: Check the display effect of the screen such as brightness, contrast, colour saturation, etc. to ensure that the image is clear and vivid.
Battery aging test
Battery aging test is to ensure the stability and reliability of the battery during use.
1. Constant current charging test: connect the battery to the constant current charger, charge the battery with a constant current, and check whether the voltage, current, temperature and other parameters are normal during the charging process.
2. Constant voltage charging test: After the battery is fully charged, switch the charger to constant voltage mode and continue to charge the battery, check whether the voltage, current, temperature and other parameters are stable during the charging process. 3. Discharge test: Connect the battery to the load, discharge the battery with constant current, check whether the voltage, current, temperature and other parameters are normal during the discharge process. At the same time, record the discharge time of the battery to evaluate its capacity and endurance.
3. Cycle life test: Conduct multiple charge/discharge cycle tests on the battery to check whether the cycle life of the battery meets the design requirements.
Functional test after rubber treatment
If the shell of the telescope is treated with rubber, it is necessary to carry out function test on the treated product to ensure that the rubber treatment will not affect the performance of the product.
1. Anti-slip performance test: Hold the rubber-treated telescope with your hand and check whether its anti-slip performance is good. It can be tested on different surfaces, such as smooth desktop, wet ground, etc.
2. Durability test: Simulate the use test on the rubber-treated telescope, such as repeated bending, squeezing, rubbing, etc., to check whether the rubber treatment is firm and durable.
Finished product testing
Finished product testing is to conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the telescope to ensure that the product meets the design requirements and quality standards.
1. Appearance inspection:
- Overall appearance check: check whether the telescope's appearance is neat, no scratches, no deformation, no stains and other defects.
- Marking check: check whether the marking on the telescope is clear and accurate, including brand, model, specification, production date and other information.
2. Function check:
- Optical performance check: check whether the optical performance of the telescope such as magnification, field of view, resolution, colour reproduction meets the design requirements.
- Focusing function check: check whether the focusing mechanism of the telescope is flexible and accurate, and whether it can adjust the focus quickly and clearly.
- Other function check: according to the functional characteristics of the product, such as checking whether the night vision function works normally.
3. Packaging check:
- Packaging material check: check whether the packaging material of the telescope meets the environmental protection requirements and whether it can effectively protect the product.
- Packaging integrity check: check whether the packaging is complete, no damage, no deformation, and whether the product accessories are complete.
