OEM SERVICES PROCESS

Night Vision Camera Body Color Customization:

1). Initial Consultation & Color Definition:You provide your desired color specification by providing a Pantone Matching System (PMS) number. Our engineering team reviews your requested color against the chosen manufacturing process.

2). Quotation :We provide a revised quotation that includes any additional costs associated with the custom color process.

3).Color Sampling & Approval:Sample Production: We produce small batch samples using the specified color process.Client Approval: These physical color samples are shipped to you for evaluation under different lighting conditions. It is crucial to approve the sample before mass production begins.

4). Mass Production

Packaging Boxes and User Manual Customization:

1).Brand logo, artwork files (in editable vector format, e.g., . AI, . EPS), desired dimensions, material (e.g., E-flute, B-flute corrugated cardboard, rigid paper), structural design (e.g., folding box, magnetic closure box), and finishing techniques (e.g., embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte/gloss lamination).

For Manuals:The source conten(usually in English ,in an sditable format like word, in design,or PDF).A list of all target languages required.Any specific branding guidelines for layout(fonts,colors,logo placement)
Sample Production (Proto Sample):Once the digital designs are approved, we produce sample boxes .We provide a hardcopy proof of the manual for your final review.

Client Approval: You must inspect and provide written approval for the physical box sample and the manual proof. This approved sample is the benchmark for mass production.

The process of applying a client's logo to products like night vision devices, telescopes, and children's cameras
1): Pre-Production & Artwork Confirmation：Logo File Submission: The client provides their logo design file. The ideal format is a vector file (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .SVG),
2).Size & Proportion: We determine the optimal logo size and position on each product (e.g., on the eyepiece of a telescope, the main body of a night vision device, or the front face of a children's camera).
3).Method Selection & Recommendation: Based on the product's material (usually plastic polymer or metal alloy), surface texture (glossy, matte, rubberized)and, the logo's design,we recommend the most suitable printing technique.Such as the Silk-Screen Printing:Ideal for simple,slolid-color logos on flat or slightly curved Surfaces.Offers excellent durability and opaque color.Laser Engraving /Marking:Used for a permanent,high-end effect,often on metal parts.It etches the logo into the surfanne.
4).Client Approval of Physical Sample: The test-printed sample is shipped to the client for final physical approval. This is the last checkpoint before mass production.
